Full side of Beef

This is a fully cut and butchered side of Welsh Beef. Approximate 150kg. Price DOES NOT include delivery, this is dependant on delivery location. Delivery Price is £1.25 per mile for fully refrigerated delivery. 

Plus any of the fat trimmings/ bones are yours. We can cut bones especially marrow bones for stocks and stews. This will not be vacuum packed but bagged.

If you have any specific cutting instructions, please email us. If not we will cut and pack in the way we think is best. 

We work off a 3-5 week lead time on this as we need time to process, hang, cut and pack the side after ordering.

Mince/ Diced steak- 48kg 

Topside and Silverside- 9kg each (roasting joints)

Brisket- 11kg (roasting joints)

Shin rings- 3.4kg (roasting)

LMC- 4kg (braising steak, diced, mince)

Chuck- 6kg (braising steak, joints, diced, mince)

Skirt steak- 3kg (steaks, diced, mince)

Fillet- 2.2kg (steaks)

Ribeye- 3.6kg (steaks)

Rump- 6.6kg (steaks)

Top rump- 5.1kg (steaks, joints)

Sirloin- 6.9kg (steaks)

Remaining weight- Bones/ Fat
